RECPODCAST PRODUCTION
B2B podcast production
for tech companies.
We’re a B2B podcast agency for tech companies. We produce your company podcast like a show, not a recorded call: segments and games between the big topics. You record on your side and send us the files. We handle the edit and episode publishing, with optional shorts, clips and trailers quoted separately.

A show, not a recorded call.
Most B2B podcasts are two people talking for an hour. We plan yours like a show: a hook up front, segments that change the pace, and topics with room to breathe.
- 00:00TrailerAn optional trailer add-on: the strongest moments of the episode, cut to hook people before they scroll on.
- 00:45OpenA cold open and intro that sets up the guest and the big question.
- 02:30Topic 1The first deep dive.
- 11:00GameA quick game or challenge with the guest to change the pace.
- 14:00Topic 2The second deep dive, picking up the thread.
- 22:30Interesting factsShort fact breaks with on-screen graphics between the big conversations.
- 25:00Topic 3The last deep dive, building to the takeaway.
- 37:30OutroThe takeaways, and where to find the guest.
TRAILERS
Trailers we’ve cut.

What is a B2B podcast?
A podcast a company makes for the people it sells to: usually conversations with practitioners and experts in its field. The best ones play like a show, with a clear format and segments, rather than a recorded call. The goal is trust and reach with a specific professional audience, not mass downloads.
Is a podcast good for B2B marketing?
Yes, when it’s built around your buyers’ problems rather than your product. A podcast gives you long-form time with the people you want to reach and puts your experts in front of them. Optional clips and posts can extend that reach. Aikido’s podcast and main channel grew from 500 to over 100,000 subscribers this way.
How do you produce a B2B podcast?
We plan the show format and episodes with you and send a recording brief. You record with your guests on your side and send us the files. We edit and master the episode, prepare its thumbnails, titles and descriptions, and publish it. If you choose shorts, clips or a trailer, we produce those as separately quoted add-ons. Your team’s time goes into the conversation itself.
How long should a B2B podcast be?
There’s no fixed rule. For interview shows, 20 to 45 minutes is common: long enough for a real conversation, short enough to finish. Clips then carry the best moments to people who won’t watch the full episode.
Can you turn episodes into other content?
Yes. Shorts, clips and episode trailers are optional add-ons, not included in the starting episode price. We quote them separately based on how many you need and whether you want a trailer. Episode thumbnails, titles, descriptions and publishing are included. We can also discuss posts as part of a content calendar.
How much does podcast production cost?
Podcast production starts from $1,500 per episode, including planning, recording guidance, editing, audio mastering and episode publishing. Shorts, clips and episode trailers are optional add-ons, quoted separately. The final quote depends on how many shorts or clips you want and whether you add a trailer. Publishing more often? We can bundle several episodes into one package at a better rate, and teams that stay with us long term get our best pricing. Book a free 20-minute brainstorm and you’ll get a clear quote.
